Here’s my entry for the Maven Analytics Vacation Challenge. I designed this one with the customer in mind: trying to think about what information they would need to help make a booking decision.
The filters at the top allow you to compare multiple destinations. The filter on the left lets you pick your group size and it changes the dashboard based on the number of people the listing can accommodate.
I figured out how to find the listings by their ID on the airbnb website and created hyperlinks to all the listings that are accessible through the top 10 most reviewed table. The logo on the bottom left will also take you straight to the airbnb website.
I added some conditional formatting on the overall and cleanliness rating scores to highlight the good and the bad. I converted all the prices to U.S. dollars for easy comparison
